You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
Your account

Your content
You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, notes, images, and other content you upload or create (Your Content). You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload Your Content, including, where recordings capture other people, any consent required by applicable law.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service, including sending it to the transcription and AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for residual copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated output
The Service uses automated speech-to-text and AI models to generate transcripts, summaries, and other output. This output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and it is provided for your convenience only. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, and you should not treat it as professional advice.

Subscriptions, tokens, and payments
Some features require a paid subscription or the purchase of token packs. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you select until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices and plan features may change, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Except where required by law, payments and consumed token usage are non-refundable.

The Service relies on and may link to third-party services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. We encourage you to review them.
